Upon arrival, the hotel greeted us with complimentary warm cookies that set a delightful tone. Staff were friendly and attentive, turning ordinary moments into pleasant experiences. However, renovations impacted the elevator availability, making it inconvenient at times.

The intermittent non-functioning elevators were frustrating, especially when I had meetings on the sixth floor. I opted for the service elevator, which felt unprofessional and lacked proper upkeep.

Overall, the location made it easy to visit nearby parks, but some facilities could use better upkeep.
